Make large portions of ice with the 130kg Hoshizaki Crescent ice maker. The exceptionally hard crystal-clear cubes melt slowly, so customers can enjoy their drink without it being diluted. Constructed with stainless steel this ice maker is highly durable, ideal for use in hard water areas. A slide in air filter is easily accessible from the front of the ice maker allowing for easy cleaning. Whilst a snap in water tank can be easily removed for sanitisation.

This Hoshizaki KM-140C-HC is a self-contained crescent edge ice maker producing up to 130kg of high-quality crescent edge ice per 24 hours. The KM edge range has an enlarged, bonded evaporator surface, as well as accelerating harvest cycles, which helps to produce more ice in less cycles.
