Power mixer from Robot Coupe. 50Ltr capacity. Variable speed switch located on the top of the machine for easier use and speed control. Motor venting is at the top of the machine, away from any liquids.

Gears contained within two separate metal casings which make the gearbox very strong and resistant under heavy processing. Fast coupling of the whisks on the gear box and the gear box on the motor base for easy assembling and dismantling. Stainless steel tube, bell and knife for a longer life and overmoulded whisks to ensure perfect hygiene.

A technician is required to install this machine, and should only be installed by a trained professional.
